Communicating with Your Clients

And now time to get our legal on ... now that summer is happening except for our friends down under who are enjoying winter - what do your customers need to know about taking care of their lashes that might be different than other times of the year?

Today I wanted to highlight communicating with your clients and customers to kick start this week where I'm going to walk you through totally fascinating topics like privacy policies and terms ... but first, we need to know why we need them in the first place.

The more you engage and educate your customers, the more receptive and engaged they will be with you. It's great for your relationship and for your business.

What could you share with your clients this week via a text message or email?

• fun hat that you think is really stylish
• good BBQ recipe
• reminder for best after care
• wacky lash pictures
• gorgeous lash pictures
• glowing testimonial

You see what you have to say doesn't have to be all about lashes.

Lashes are one way that your client enjoys life but they have lots of other aspects of their lives and when you are communicating with them and sharing in their whole lives - they're going to be thinking of you when they're at a BBQ with their girlfriends who comment on their lashes and they immediately start singing your praises.

So for today - think of the relationship nurturing business stuff - what could you do to engage with your clients.
